Issue invitation token
Tokens gate the invitation-only registration form. Share the token text with the invitee (e.g. from Shraddha-devi DΔsΔ«’s invitation list).
Required. The token is bound to these emails β only they can register with it. For a family sharing one party token, list every memberβs email, one per line. Each address gets the invitation email automatically.
The family’s own names. A registration in any of these names will not be flagged as a name mismatch.
Required, with country code. Without it the token has no WhatsApp / Text buttons.
Every token is bound to the invitee email(s) β registration only works with one of those addresses, so a forwarded token is useless to outsiders. One seat per email: no separate count to manage. The invitation is emailed automatically to each address. Members registering with the same token are grouped into one party and default to the same room.

Add a person to this party
The new person is added as a Pending registration in this party, with the family's contact details, and the fee updates automatically. If the party uses more than one room, set the rooms under Adjust fees.

Security events: admin sign-ins (success / failure / lockout), registration status changes, token issue / revoke, CSV exports, medical purges. Newest first. No personal data is stored here beyond Application Numbers.
Fee settings
Every fee number is a setting (per the Fee Calculator Rules) β nothing is hard-coded. Changes apply immediately to the website calculators, new estimates, and payment amounts. Room rates are per room per night, taxes included.
Trash
Deleted registrations are kept here. A trashed registration disappears from the lists, the counts, the exports and My Yatra, and its invitation seat is freed β so the person can register again if needed. Restore brings it back exactly as it was. Permanent deletion removes the record and its uploaded files for good and cannot be undone.
⚠️ Medical clearance not met
These participants said they have no medical/travel insurance (or opted out) and that they cannot pay for their own treatment. Please waitlist them, tell them to arrange insurance, and ask them to update their answers in My Yatra (Medical information). When their answers show insurance cover or ability to pay, they drop off this list on their own.
Yatris Community
The private community board inside My Yatra β visible only to invited participants who sign in (for now, everyone who registered through an invitation link; Rejected applications are kept out). Hide removes a post from view without deleting it; Delete removes it permanently, with its comments, votes and photos/videos. You can also post to the board as the Yatra Coordinators.
